We will try to respond immediately but may have to call you back after we look over the pattern. Please be aware that we are not responsible for pattern errors and make every effort to catch errors. Orders may take up to one business day to be processed. Memberships and Frequent Buyer Cards do not apply to on-line purchases. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING SHIPPING.
We will make every effort to ensure that the fabrics in a kit are the same as the quilt sample in the shop, however we reserve the right to make substitutions if necessary.
